The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale set out here and declares to accept them without reservation. These General Conditions of Sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express and written waiver. These General Conditions of Sale as well as the Prices are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, its own General Conditions of Purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Company Registered in the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under RCS number B 920 351 491 and the buyer is defined below as being the company or person signing and accepting these conditions of sale. The buyer acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described below, i.e. having the legal majority and not being under guardianship or curatorship. The buyer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions before placing the order.
2. Price
The Company My Happi Mood - World Production 4 Continental SL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the orders (Subject to availability). The Prices of Our Products are indicated in Euros. The prices indicated on the product sheets are expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and EEC countries but do not include transport costs. 6. Secure Payment
